My husband and I pondered the idea of renovating our townhome vs. selling for something new. Michelle Thomas Newman was respectful, honest and accommodating when we made our decision to sell. No word of a lie, the first house Michelle emailed to me is now our forever home.
A home in Portland with a 1/4 acre yard. When Michelle brought us to view this home she was extremely knowledgeable about the property, which helped give us the confidence to buy.
In 3 weeks, my family was moved from our urban 3 story townhome to our suburban 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home (with a 2 car garage, might I add). Everything was organized in an orderly fashion, there were zero issues along the way because Michelle was on top of it. I was extremely impressed with her ability to negotiate this home to an outstanding price (Especially in this market). Michelle was confident, reasonable and professional while negotiating for us. This made me feel confident and assured we went with the right realtor.
My family was welcomed to our new home with baked goods, candles, welcome home signs and more! We really felt like we were coming home. Michelle has truly gone above and beyond and has not hesitated to help connect us to appropriate and reliable resources even after the sale was complete. I really felt like I had someone on my side when working with Michelle. I believe she was as excited as I was when we found out our offer was accepted.
There is no other realtor to use. Michelle Newman will get you the home you want with extra amenities.

Michelle Thomas was incredibly supportive and helpful through every step of the home buying process. My wife and I never felt pressured and Michelle was always available to help us understand what would happen next. She continues to help us to this day with options and resources for new homeowners. I would highly recommend using Michelle and will do again the next time we are in the market.
