With roots in Saint Petersburg, and a long family history in the city, St. Petersburg is easy to call HOME! Upon attending a job fair nearing the time for graduating from Florida State University, Michelle came across a national home builder recruiting for onsite sales representatives in the St. Petersburg/Tampa area. She jumped on the opportunity and after graduation, returned to St. Petersburg, obtained her real estate license, and landed the job! Over the course of 7 years, Michelle worked with 2 national home builders in the sales capacity, embracing the sales process, along with gaining extensive knowledge in construction and design. Michelle’s passion for helping people, her personal approach, and strong work ethic, are just a few of the qualities Michelle’s clients relied on throughout the homebuilding process.
After leaving the homebuilding industry, Michelle spent the second chapter in her career in account management and business consulting. Along the way, she kept up with her education requirements and maintained her license. Over the years of professional and personal experience, and family and peers who have helped guide her, Michelle discovered an extension of her passion is identifying ways to ‘improve’, and consulting with business owners gave her the opportunity to problem solve and help people. Since Michelle has been around real estate through her family investments over the years, and based off her professional experience, she wanted to continue the tradition, tapping into her passions, to help others with their buying or selling needs as well. She has witnessed amazing growth and development of the city over the years and is excited to be a part of it!
Michelle currently resides in Bayway Isles, located in St. Petersburg, with her husband and 2 incredible daughters, Ansley and Adalene. Her sweet little girls keep her active daily between sporting activities, biking in the neighborhood, and spending time with family. It’s never a dull moment in her home!
