I had the best experience with Michelle Ward. My dad passed away. All assets went through probate court including his house. She prepared the house for sale at minimal cost, keeping my family's interests in mind, and closed the sale in a timely manner. Everyone involved, that Michelle brought in to help, did a professional and efficient job. I plan on using her as my realtor again.

Michelle did a great job selling our home. She was patient with us. When we finally decided to sell she had our home looking beautiful in 3 days. Could hardly believe this was our house. She took charge and made it happen. Our house sold way more than I ever thought it would go for. She was always there for questions or advice to help us move through the process. Thanks Michelle!!! My husband and I bought our first home together and were ready to sell in this crazy market - thanks to a friends recommendation, we were excited to hire Michelle Ward for the task!
Michelle hit the ground running with every (and I mean EVERY) tool she had to make our home listing not only look beautiful, but stand out amongst the many Bay Area listings! She handled everything as if she were our Fairy Godmother waving her wand….she called in caring and talented home stagers (we were still living in our home,) a highly professional photography crew who quickly turned over immaculate photographs (along with drone shots) and a virtual tour. Michelle seemed to have a great relationship with everyone she worked with to make our listing top notch. Finally when the offers started rolling in, Michelle was able to provide us an incredible presentation complete with pros/cons of each offer - all while giving us the time and space needed to decide our next step that would work best for US.
In the end, we were able to accept an offer for our home almost $100,000 OVER asking with a 30 day close…so our sale to close timeframe was only about 40 days!! Wow!! Michelle was really a team player and truly a pleasure to work with - even though we are all moved and settled into a new beautiful home, we miss Michelle’s interaction! If you’re looking for an agent who will pull out all the stops, put YOU first and make your buying/selling process a breeze, run, don’t walk, to Michelle Ward!
