Mickey Pendergrass

Born and raised just north of the border near Gainesville, MO, I graduated from Gainesville High School in 1971 and attended Freed-Hardeman University, 1971-73 where I met and married Jewel. We moved back to Mtn. Home in 1979. After working at Mtn. Equipment Co., Inc., 1980-1995, I bought Advance Builders of Mtn. Home, Inc., specializing in all types of home improvements. Now I have joined my wife in the every day operations of CENTURY 21 LeMac Realty and am ready to help all of my friends and past customers with their real estate needs. I have served in the community on various boards, commissions and spent many volunteer hours in the community and now serve as Justice of the Peace for Baxter County in JP District 2. I think our greatest accomplishment throughout 33 years of marriage, is our satisfaction of being faithful Christians and the raising of 3 children who now have given us 5 wonderful grandchildren.
