From an early adult age, he realized that investing in Real Estate was a way to secure financial freedom for him and his family. He has dabbled in bank-owned properties, condominiums, vacation properties, and single-family homes as investments since he graduated college. He has extensive experience in renovating and updating homes and he has acted as a General Contractor on his own projects. This experience has proven to be invaluable to him and his clients.

His passion and love for Real Estate made it a natural progression to become a realtor in 2018. He left his full-time high technology Sales job to pursue a career that allows him to use his decades of experience as an investor and to help others move onto their path to ownership and investment.

He grew up in Chelmsford Ma and currently lives in Watertown Ma (last 5 years.)
He is Licensed in NH and MA, Over the years he has lived in Dover, Sunapee, and Manchester NH. He has an exceptional understanding of the NH market and the towns in Southern NH.
He has a master's degree in Business Administration from Dowling College and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology, U-Mass Lowell.
He currently owns 3 Rental Condos (1 in Florida, 2 in Massachusetts, and one vacation property in Tulum Mexico.) He also helps his partner Andrea manage her investment property in Arlington.
His partner Andrea is a local Boston Architect, a great resource for sure!
He is learning Spanish as a second language. He can read, write, and understand.
He is an avid Master Rower and a member of Riverside Rowing Club in Cambridge where he is active on the Building and Grounds committee.
He is a proud father to two young adult children living stable and healthy lives. He's also a proud dad to two small Chihuahua-Terrier pups.
One of his strongest capabilities is his ability to see the home much as a home inspector would. He has a good background in-home structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical knowledge that often echoes exactly what home inspectors later verify.

He has lived in the Metro-Boston and the Metro-North areas for most of his adult life, and he is familiar with the surrounding towns, key characteristics, and market differentiation. He is adept at understanding market trends and timing as it relates to the "Best" time to buy and sell. He places his priority on what is best for his client and helping them achieve their goals.
