About Mike

After moving to Utah in 2002, Mike became a loan officer for a small mortgage lender. With his financial background he enjoys a lot of success in the mortgage industry working as a loan officer, hard money broker and directly for a national wholesale bank as an account executive. He currently holds a Principal Lending Managers license.

Also in 2002, he obtained his sales agent license and started selling real estate and have since obtained his Broker’s license. He currently owns his own real estate brokerage, Sequoia Real Estate Partners.

Throughout his career he's fixed and flipped over 300 homes while being involved in literally 1000’s of real estate transactions. He has purchased many properties on the courthouse steps, built spec homes, purchased and foreclosed on non-performing notes, seller financed and serviced loans to buyers, and owned and managed many rental properties.
