About Mike

Hello. My name is Mike Brice. I am from northeast Pennsylvania and was raised just outside the greater Philadelphia area in Levittown. For most of my career I was a technician with two of the largest telecommunication companies in the world. I hold an associate degree in engineering as well as a BS in Information Systems.

The value I added in this profession was in my ability to create and improve on processes and troubleshooting the issues that occurred while implementing and improving those processes.

I also have had an interest in real estate for as long as I can remember. I educated myself in real estate and was a real estate investor for many years in Pennsylvania.

After retiring from my career in telecommunications, my family and I decided it was time for a latitude change and chose to relocate to the sunny shores of the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area.

My interests and passion to learn drove me to become a licensed Realtor here in South Carolina and oddly enough my skills obtained as a technician up north relate very well to the processes of buying and selling real estate.

Buying and selling real estate is a process that at times has its complications. I use my developed skills from my previous career to streamline this process for you. I take it as my primary responsibility to resolve any issues that may occur during the process of buying or selling your home to ensure your experience is a pleasant one.
