Uniquely, with his knowledge Mike gave invaluable knowledge on the home's structural condition and renovation opportunities to help us plan ahead even just through an initial showing. My experience working with Mike Dixon was fantastic. He is patient, knowledgeable and honest. Looking for a house in the current market to say the least is challenging. To make it more difficult we had an extensive want list and to have it fit into a particular price range. The search started with a very small inventory of houses. Mike remained patient, gave good advice, pointed out possible good and bad issues with each property we saw. He even directed us to consider houses we overlooked. This helped us to see the potential in these houses. Mike was able to zero in on what we wanted. In the end we got everything we wanted and within our budget. This is a miracle in today's market and attests to Mikes competence. At no time did he make us feel pressured to commit. Mike is truly professional and made an otherwise daunting and nerve-racking event as pleasant as possible. If I ever have to use a realtor again, I certainly will want Mike to represent us.

Mike was very thorough when we looked at houses for me to buy. We always looked at the ground floor first, but before looking at anything else we then went to the basement and there he did a complete look at the building structure, the furnace, and hot water heater. We also looked for signs of moisture and mold. You can trust Mike to look out for your best interest when you are looking to buy a house.

My wife and I are first time home buyers and could not be happier with the end result. Mike went above and beyond to accommodate showings to give us every opportunity to try and win a bid in a crazy housing market where houses sell within days of being listed.

He is extremely knowledgeable and has a keen eye which is why we were able to spot all of the red flags on each property we toured, helping us weigh pros and cons which in the end helped us make what feels like a very sound decision with the house we purchased. We could not be happier.

Mike was a fantastic realtor and is especially great in this current crazy market due to his responsiveness and timeliness. He always made time to take us to see houses right away. We'd worked with other realtors in the past who took a long time to schedule a showing, or get offer paperwork together, but Mike made sure everything moved quickly, and he ended up helping us get us a home we love, even though there were multiple offers on the house. He guided us through all the steps of the process and it was very smooth.

Mike worked with us to find and purchase our first home and I'd recommend him without reservation. He was able to patiently walk us through what to expect throughout the process and was incredibly responsive to any concern we had, no matter how small.

Mike mobilized quickly after our first conversation to customize an online home-search app to our very specific requirements and set up several home tours. When it was time to put in an offer, Mike was (virtually) by our side for several days of negotiations, doing research behind the scenes to help us get the home of our dreams.

My wife and I were first time buyers. I told my wife that I didn’t want to work with a buyer’s agent so that I could deal directly with the seller’s agent and somehow leverage the commission. Luckily, we had the good fortune to meet Mike during one of our property visits and it didn’t take long before we decided to retain his services.

The first time I met Mike I told him that I wasn’t looking to work with a sellers agent. He said no problem. He wasn’t pushy and proceeded to show us the property that we had phoned him about. It was after the showing that I realized how different Mike was to other agents I had dealt with.

Mike doesn’t just show you a house. He will walk with you and dissect the structure. He points to things that are both benefits and flaws of the house. From the moment he sets foot through the doorway, Mike is adding value, not just by providing you comps of the area, or going through the sellers disclosures with you before you go through the property, he uses his experience and background to advise of the pros and cons of the property and I don’t just mean from an aesthetics point of view.

This is was why we went with Mike. His approach throughout the process was completely professional and yet personal at the same time. We highly recommend his services.

This current "environment" made selling a home a whole lot more complicated, and Mike helped us through every hurdle with patience and excellent advice. I interviewed a handful of agents before finally settling on Mike. They were all knowledgeable about the area and about real estate in general, but Mike was personable, easy to talk to, and just didn't feel like a pushy salesman like the other's did. I had a pretty solid handle on the financial side of buying a home, but I needed someone to walk me through the process and make sure that nothing slipped through the cracks. Mike was happy to answer my questions and helped to simplify what originally seemed like a insurmountable undertaking. I wasn't exactly in a rush to find a home, and I didn't even know what I wanted until I saw it, so I probably dragged Mike to some thirty houses before he was able to guide me toward the right one. My work and personal life are kind of hectic, but Mike was able to work around my limited and ever-changing schedule. Also, despite it being a seller's market, with his help I was able to negotiate a fair price for the home with confidence. I may well have been able to find a house with another realtor, but anyone else would be hard-pressed to make it as simple and painless as Mike did.
