Mike is very personable, responsive and encouraging.
He was always optimistic about the outcome and was detailed in preparing us for the ups and downs along the way.
He was realistic in the pricing presented, explained the reasoning and kept us informed on a daily basis.

I hate Realtors because after using them to find or sell a home ten times, I never felt like I got my money's worth: the value of a new car, and a nice car at that. I tried to sell the house myself, and it sat on the market for six months without any interest or offers. I hired Mike because he sold a neighbor's house in days after its previous Realtor hadn't sold it in six months. Mike is different. He put the work into making sure that our house would sell at a good price. He hired a professional stager to design interior decorating that would accentuate the house's best aspects and feature its idiosyncrasies, and furnish it with high-grade furniture and artwork on the walls that was muted enough to let people see the house. He hired a professional photographer to take and post dozens of bright, high resolution photos of the house, showing each room to be large and bright; and the yard to be its true half acre. He skipped the fluff such as open houses and direct mail. Results matter. In the first few days on the market, around 20 people visited our house. Within five days, we had a cash offer, and closed a week later for the price we wanted.
