If you're looking for an agent who will forget about you after closing, just move along. Mike has been there for us every step of the way from the initial showing to long after closing, answering all our questions promptly and helping us find local contractors. During the purchase period, he helped locate and navigate the proper financing and he secured all the necessary (and some not-so-necessary) inspections. Mike is truly the friendliest and most professional agent we have ever worked with. We could not have asked for anything more from an agent and we feel we have gained a friend and neighbor with Mike.

Mike Grant provided us with outstanding service, guidance, and advice, throughout our entire home-selling and home-buying experience. Yes, it was quite an experience which lasted several months given the seemingly "flat" real estate market at the time, it was a test of our patience and perseverance to say the least. But Mike was always available to us through telephone, text or in-person to help us work through any issues or questions that arose during the sale of our home; from assisting with listing details, to providing expert advice, and assistance with flyers for Open House sessions, etc. He was also instrumental in helping us with the search and selection of our new home. He helped us cover a lot of territory and options throughout multiple counties, in and across north Alabama. And there were many obstacles and hurdles along the way. We finally found that one-in-a-million piece of property we had been seeking; like "a needle in a haystack" you might say. What a ride! Mike Grant was relentless. He not only sold our House but he found us another to buy in a market that was lacking. He was loyal and responded very quickly to our calls. Mike Grant initially began as my realtor, but over time, he became a trusted friend. A year ago, I relocated to the Fort Payne area with the intention of renting to get a feel for the region. Unfortunately, rental options were scarce, prompting me to explore purchasing instead. Serendipitously, Mike was the listing agent for the first house I visited. His extensive knowledge of the area guided my search, and we explored five different places throughout the FPY region. Unexpectedly, a rental house became available, and I decided to take that option. Mike assured me that if I ever wanted to resume my search, I could give him a call.
