Michael was very professional from the first time we met I got cold feet three times and decided not to sell. On those three different occasions might come in there and didn’t have a negative comment which is amazing.I actually got more money for my house then what we were asking. Couldn’t have been a nicer guy through the whole process every time I need a question answered I would either call him or we would text each other with the most I’ve done this 100 times during the sale. I would definitely recommend Michael to anybody I know he truly is a professional and goes well beyond what I expected.And don’t forget he only charges a low percentage which save me thousands

He got her asking price and did everything possible to help her with this emotional sale.....he even rolled his sleeves up and helped her load the heavy stuff into the dumpster! I've had the privilege or working with Michael on a few occasions. First time I used him he sold my parents home in Ozone park and got them asking price. Home was under contract within 2 weeks.
