Mike helped us reach our goals on selling our property. Ultimately, he and his team appeared to put in an extensive amount of work marketing the property on multiple levels inside and outside of Oklahoma. Our buyer ended up coming from our own connections, but I appreciated Mike's willingness to assist through negotiations and positioning strategy.

Overall, I believe Mike to be a thorough, friendly and easy to work with agent. I would recommend him.

My husband and I have used Mike Henson 3 times as a realtor! He helped us locate land and found exactly what we wanted. He also helped us sell our home a few years ago and get a great price even in an insecure market. We also called on him when we had another property we wanted to sell and, once again, we got well above asking price.

Mike is very knowledgeable about the real estate market and very in tune with his clients about their wants and needs. We definitely recommend Mike Henson and will call upon him anytime we have a real estate need!

Mike Henson was a trooper when he helped me find my first home over thirteen years ago. With a modest budget, he scoured the area to find homes that fit my criteria and didn't need a wrecking ball. We toured over 25 homes and wrote at least 6 offers before finding my perfect first house. He was professional, knowledgeable, understanding, and went above and beyond. (He even crawled on a garbage can to check out the attic space for me.) Four years later, he proved his tenacity by repeating the process all over again after I sold my first home. The sale went smoothly and sold quickly. Four months and countless showings later, I found my next dream house and closed in just over 3 weeks. He is our family realtor now and has helped 4 family members buy or sell homes. I highly recommend Mike Henson. Mike helped the stressful process of finding a home run smoothly.

My family and I were relocated to Oklahoma a few years back. I called a few realtors and Mike was the only one who was responsive and eager to work with us. We were probably not his easiest customers as we were looking for horse property and had a list of things we could and couldn't live with. Mike was incredibly patient with us, answered phone calls quickly and moved at our pace. The homes are built differently here in Oklahoma and he helped us navigate the differences and was very knowledgeable about the homes we were looking at. Ultimately he helped us buy our current home and we couldn't be happier with our experience with Mike. I have personally recommended him to my friends and coworkers!
