Mike Joki

Commercial valuation has been a long term devotion for Mike. He started as a residential appraiser in 1987, and moved to Helena in 1992 and started Joki & Associates Real Estate Appraisal Firm. In 2009 he switched entirely to commercial appraisal. After 35 years of valuing real estate, it’s fair to say Mike is an expert at valuing real estate. This gives his clients a unique advantage when deciding the price of their property, or evaluating the price of a potential purchase. In addition, Mike is well versed on issues regarding right of way, easement, and eminent domain. He has testified in a number of city, county, state, and federal cases as an expert witness.
