About Mike

After a fifteen-year career in mortgage finance including 6-year stints with Fannie Mae and a regional bank, Mike obtained his license and started selling real estate full time with Amy in 1994. Shortly thereafter, Mike and Amy formed King Builders, Inc. and Mike began building custom homes and remodeling residential properties for resale. His wide range of experience in mortgage finance and residential construction has proven to be a valuable asset for King Real Estate.

Mike obtained his broker’s license in late 2007. He and Amy started King Real Estate, Inc. in 2008 during the financial crisis of 2006/2007 and they have thrived ever since. The early years were challenging, and Mike expanded the business by offering property management services while continuing to grow listing and sales numbers.
