Mike Kuligowski

Mike has been involved in real estate for just over 20 years, helping to flip houses with his father as a teenager. Now, Mike works full-time to help clients sell and find their dream homes. Having a background in real estate investing gives Mike a unique perspective for his clients looking to maximize value when selling, or see an opportunity in buying a home that may need some minor work.
Mike resides in Clinton Township with his wife Meghan and their sons Mason, Matthew, and Michael. He graduated from Oakland University with a Bachelor's in Finance and received his MBA in Finance from Walsh College in Troy. While working corporate sales jobs in automotive and working with high net worth individuals in financial services, he was always drawn to real estate investing and remodeling.
Mike specializes in seeing potential in properties that others miss. When helping clients purchase, this means seeing opportunities in getting value in a property at a discounted price.
