If you want exceptional service in your real estate transactions, this is the team for you! I met Mike at an open house and he invited me to a real estate seminar which was highly informative and helpful. Then he and Christine listed my house in Loves Park which sold right away, and Mike also helped me buy my new house in Rockford…Mike made the time to get me in the door quickly so I could get a competitive offer in right away and get the house!
During both deals, they were available all the time for any question, and always were kind and patient and highly informative and helpful. Their years of experience shows in their calm and confident manner, which really put me at ease. I had great confidence all the way through both deals that everything was being handled in the utmost professional and timely manner.

In years past I’ve worked with Mike when he was brand new in the business. We sure have looked at numerous properties ranging from single family homes to large commercial buildings such as the new Embassy suites downtown. Mike was instrumental in helping me in purchasing several multi unit residential properties. Mike was extremely discipline with expediting the due diligence that it requires to purchase multi family units, so being successful, not only in completing the purchase but the longevity of the successful ownership. I have several buildings and homes that I still own to this day that Mike was instrumental in the purchase of 15 - 20 years.
Believe me that stands for something in the property ownership business!

I had a wonderful experience with Gambino Realtors. Christine Smith and Michael Lunde were indispensable during my home search. I primarily worked with Christine, and she was always prompt in returning my calls and texts as well as being available to do showings. When I finally found a beautiful old Victorian home and made an offer on it, Christine was instrumental not only in helping me make an intelligent offer, but she advocated for me when I had to fight and win a bidding war for the house!

When I initially started my home search, Michael provided me with a ton of useful information about the homebuying process and the local real estate market in Rockford. Whenever I needed something from Christine and she was indisposed, Michael was there just in case. Michael made sure to invite me to informational sessions at their office for times when they had radon specialists and other professionals come in and talk to prospective homebuyers.

Considering the national housing shortage and insane real estate market, which is especially competitive in Rockford, it was basically a miracle that I was able to land my dream house, and Christine and Michael both played a big part in that success. If you are a first time homebuyer like me and feel clueless, I encourage you to go through Christine and Michael. They did a terrific job for me!

Going once, going twice, SOLD! I made a promise to Mike 8 or 10 years ago, that when I was ready to sell my house, he could have the first crack. That opportunity came after we met once in June of this year when we discussed what needed to be done to sell the house. We completed 99% of what we intended, then put it on the market last week. I would definitely recommend Mike and Christine Lunde for your relator. They helped my family get our late mothers house Listed on the market and they were able to sell it without any problems in just 3 weeks. They definitely put our fears at ease by helping us retain an attorney to help us through the Estate legal side of the sale. We had so many questions and Mike and Mario were able to answer them and give us the direction we needed to go to save us time and many miles. Mario was reassuring and we felt like he had everything under control and would make sure the sale of our home would be taken care of since we live out of state.
