THE MAN
Son, Husband, Father, Grandfather, Friend, Realtor, Leader of The Mike Metzger Team. Born in 1977; Married in 1998; 3 children; 2 grandchildren; over 10 friends, really!!; weighs about 190 lbs.; Brown hair; Brown eyes; Still put my pants on, one leg at a time; Ran two 5K’s; and I am anti Day Light Savings time change.
The Myth
Drove two different body styles of Ford Taurus’, in the same decade; kayaked the Price Green & Colorado River, in the same year; Worked out at the Wellness Center with 3 generations of Metzger’s; Closed on over $5-million in real estate, in a single week; in less than 3 decades, over $200-million in sales; hired a business coach to further develop The Team and grow leadership skills, and we are still gaining momentum.
The Legend
Listed more properties than most companies combined; Built the greatest Real Estate team in the history of Castle Country, ever; is rumored to own a secret mansion, but only in rumor; various urban legends about my secret life, most not true, I am crazy in love with my wife; after all of this, we still CARE about our clients!!! We, The Team is known to lose sleep when deals are going bad; we stay up late trying to creatively solve problems; we put in more hours to take care of our customers; we take classes to stay on top of our game; WE are ready to work for you!
The Team
The Team is rumored to have fun, while killing it at their job; They are known for the occasional dart war to break up a monotonous day; they celebrate their wins and successes, at least once a week; they have a lavish Christmas party, in the middle of summer (who has time for that at Christmas time); They learned the power of synergy gets more done and offers better client service. The Team includes Licensed Realtors, Boyd Marsing & Garth Frandsen, Property Manager, Danielle Shumway, and Internet and Marketing Specialist, Darcy Jacobson, and support staff of RE/MAX Bridge Realty.
