We’ve used Mike and his team a few times in the past and we’ve always been confident that he’s negotiated the best deal for us. We actually fell in love with the very first house we looked at, which of course ended up getting multiple offers. But thanks to Mike’s advice and the way he helped us put together a smart, strong offer, we were able to stand out and get the house! It still feels a little surreal.

One of the things we appreciate most about Mike is his genuinely selfless nature. He always had our best interest in mind and made us feel completely supported the whole way through. Now who else do you know that can sell a house in two days? Mike did that for us, and at a higher price than the listed one.
My wife and I have lived in the same place for over 50 years, so we were as innocent as babies on modern real estate legal protocols. Mike patiently walked us through every step, gave us good, solid advice, and treated us with patience and understanding.

If you change homes frequently, any agent will do I suppose. If you don't, and you're a little nervous about entering unknown and possibly financially dangerous waters, you can't go wrong with Mike Mitchell. (Psst! He's also a nice guy....)

Mike is kind, calm, and - important to me - has a great sense of humor. All of these came into play in what was a long journey selling my home of 24 years. I originally approached Mike as an "as is" investor. Slowly, I came around to deciding to do some repairs and work and put the place on the market, all with Mike's support and encouragement. My husband and I were referred from a friend to Mike and Derek from Mitchell realty. We weren't quite ready to sell at that point but wanted ideas and opinions on the sale. Mike and Derek gave us a lot of pointers. Mike has a contractors license also, so he recommended subcontractors to work with, with work I couldn't do myself. Heck, he even offered me to use his truck to haul drywall!! Doesn't get any better than that. Once we decided to list the property, Derek met with us and discussed all the details and their marketing strategies. He ran with it at that point. They had daily open houses for 4 days and after the 4th day we had 5 offers and accepted the offer for 5% over our listing price. I wouldn't call anyone else if I needed real estate help in the future.

I was planning on selling my home and wanted to do an owner to owner with no realtor and hadn't started the process. However, when my neighbors put their house up for sale, I saw an opportunity to put up a For Sale sign for mine. I lucked out!

Mike brought the buyers to the house next door and successfully helped this family into a new home. He saw my sign and called me right away. My first question was "Are you a realtor?" and he said "Yes". I told him I wasn't interested in a realtor and let him know how I planned to sell the house. Mike told me "No problem, I want to buy your house."

I was going through (and am going through) and extremely emotional and difficult time in my life. Mike was unbelievably patient and supportive and followed through on EVERYTHING he said. I told him the title company I wanted to use and it happened to be the same title company he uses.

I sold my home "as is" and TODAY was the closing of my home and MIke is in progress to make it BEAUTIFUL once again and find a wonderful family to give the home a new life.

This home was built in 1991, my dad helped me (a single mom with 3 daughters) with down payment and cosigned my loan. So many memories in that home and I couldn't be happier over 30 years later with Mike taking ownership.

VERY professional .. VERY caring .. VERY honest .. he says what he is going to do .. AND .. he follows through with it.

I can't wait to see the Make Over and wish nothing but success for Mike.

Mike handled our multi-unit apartment building in two great ways for us. First, we had a bad experience with a prior property management company. Although i had hired the other company to manage, I ended up after them all the time to get them to do their job. Mike took over the 1st of the year, and all of the hassles ended. He did a great job just taking over. Our tenants like him, and like interacting with him.

Mike also took on selling our multi-unit apartment. He gave great advice on what improvements would bring good return on investment. Our listing went live ahead of schedule, and within 3-4 days, we had multiple offers. Mike is great at being patient, and great at strategizing. He will receive honest feedback well, and I'm not an easy person to work with.

If you need someone to manage, to truly manage, Mike is your guy. If you need someone to sell your place, Mike is definitely the guy.

I have worked with Mike and his remodeling business for several years now. As a Realtor I come across sellers who for whatever reason need to sell a home that requires multiple repairs and updates. That's when I call Mike. It helps my real estate business to be able provide my sellers an option to sell their home without having to make repairs, and for a price they want. This guy gets after it! As a real estate investor, I have done a lot of deals with a lot of realtors and Mike has outworked them all. If you want someone who is interested in representing his client and not just closing another deal, Mike is your guy. He will continue to work hard for you until closing and understands that a few thousand dollars may not add up to a large increase in his commission, but it definitely adds up to a few thousand more dollars in your pocket. Mike sold my house in Uptown in late 2018. I was already out of state working on a new job and Mike went out of his way to make the process a success.
