Mike Muisenga

Mike is a full-time real estate consultant and never too busy to help people with one of the most important decisions in their lives. Born and raised in Elmhurst, Mike has always considered it home. He attended grade school and high school at Immaculate Conception here in town. Mike graduated college from Illinois State University in 2000 with a degree in International Business. Out of college Mike worked for 10 years with Enterprise car rental where he gained valuable sales, management, and customer service skills throughout his tenure there.

In 2010 he decided to join the family business at Prudential Prairie Path Realtors, relocating his family from Los Angeles, CA and returned to Elmhurst. Although the beaches and sun of southern California were tough to leave behind, Mike knew his future was in real estate and Elmhurst was home. Today, Mike resides on Chatham Avenue in Elmhurst with his wife Shelley and three sons, Matthew, Ryan, & Dylan. Mike is a second-generation realtor and has been around the business his whole life. The company was founded by his father, Mickey, and has been servicing Elmhurst and the surrounding communities since 1988. In April 2014, Mike changed his franchise affiliation to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices and was awarded one of the first independently owned and operated franchises in Illinois.
