My husband and I were looking to purchase a home from out of state and reached out to a few different realtors - we are so incredibly happy that we chose Katy and Mike and the entire Mike Randall team. From the initial phone call to scheduling 2 very full back to back days, the Randall Team were flexible and receptive to ensure they understood what we were looking. During the search days they were extremely helpful and knowledgable about house details (e.g., structural) as well as local details that you simply can't find or know unless you live here. Their understanding of the local area as well as the market resulted in us finding the perfect home for the perfect price. Being out of town after the contract was signed, they made sure all of the various inspections and conditions were completed super quickly and facetimed us during them so we could still be active during the process. Even after the sale was completed - they stopped by the house to make sure everything was going well with a new fence we had going up and the AC was low enough until we were able to finally get into town. This has not been our first home purchase, but has certainly been the BEST experience, and we can't thank Katy and Mike enough for creating that. If we are ever looking to buy or sell a home again - it is a no-brainer, we will be reaching back out to the Mike Randall team.

Mike Randall and his team are true professionals. He has assisted me in selling two homes and buying one home in the Shoals area. Each time it has been smooth and timely transactions. Mike is very knowledgeable about his business and is my go to man when it comes to real estate. My house had a buyer within a week and was closed within several weeks. Painless. Job done.
