Mike Schocker

Michael has a distinguished track record in managing market rate apartment communities, senior housing communities and commercial properties. He has been a Regional Property Supervisor for FOURMIDABLE since 2008. Mike is also the Director of Real Estate Services and Business Development. He also acts as as an advisor to the Company’s Main Team, which is responsible for directing the maintenance and safety strategies for the Company.

Michael is a proven manager with the ability to support and empower the performance of others. He is a committed professional who consistently pursues educational opportunities that will improve his knowledge of the real estate industry, as well as those that work along with him. He uses his knowledge and education to achieve measurable success in all of the properties he supervises.

Michael’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Urban and Regional Planning from Wayne State University and a Masters of Science in Urban and Regional Planning from Eastern Michigan University. Michael has been a licensed real estate broker in the State of Michigan since 2001 and holds a Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SCHM) Certification.

His professional background started in land acquisition and marketing for one of Michigan’s largest real estate developers. His career track found him pursuing marketing and sales management for a long and successful career in that area of the real estate industry.
