Mike has helped me several times over the years but this most recent task was very important, challenging and successful. I wanted to sell my Vista home quickly, while not having to return to the US to do it ( I’m working in Europe). Mike handled beautifully all of the many things that had to happen, and adjusted easily to my weird situation and timezone. His team is stellar as well. All of them are knowledgeable , quick, accurate and so helpful. I could not be any more thrilled with the process and the excellent result!

From the time we made that initial phone call to Mike asking him to represent us as our real estate agent to sell our house at 1738 Star Crest Place, San Marcos, until we were settled in our rental while we were waiting for our new house to be built, Mike was with us 100%. His professional advice and his explanation of his advice was well delivered and always appreciated. He went above and beyond to market the sale of our house with quality and enthusiasm. He understood how this process is sometimes personal and delicate and he was very sensitive to our requests. Mike was always available when we had questions or if we just needed to discuss the process no matter what time or day of the week. His help while we were going through the escrow process was top notch. This is the second property Mike has sold for and he is our go to guy if we ever need to sell or buy again. He is also the first person we suggest as a realtor if we are asked. Mike is a kindhearted man with quality real estate knowledge, and we highly recommend him to be your realtor.

Magic Mike was excellent
Mike helped us with a not so easy transaction last year. There were multiple issues with the property we purchased and I know he had to scramble behind the scenes. Not only did he work with the bank holding the property and two additional owners, he had to deal with me while I was refinancing to buy the property. We first met Mike Williams when he did the walk through with the buyers of our La Costa home that we were selling in April 2020. We were impressed by his calm and reassuring attitude regarding the last details to close not only with his clients (the buyers) but with us, the sellers. The buyers seemed to be the perfect fit for our house and they mentioned how attentive Mike had been to the kind of home they were looking for. When we started to look around for our new downsized home, we asked Mike to represent us. As we checked out houses, he listened and observed what we liked or didn't like. In sort order, he showed us a home in Lake San Marcos that fit perfectly with our list of musts and wants. We would highly recommend Mike to any future home buyers.

I hired Mike as a neighborhood expert to help me sell my home in the La Costa area of Carlsbad. Selling a home and moving the family to another one is a stressful situation and I was looking for someone who could get me the best price with the minimum energy invested from my side. Mike was the right choice. The staging, the aerial photography, the minor repairs, the presentation of the house, all the way to the flower arrangements in the front yard were taken care of with utmost efficiency and professionalism. I could count on him for advice and help every step of the way. The house was sold in record time and for the price that was right. There is tons of experience, knowledge and work behind his ability to make this stressful situation feel smooth.

We had an amazing experience with Mike when selling our home and buying our new home. When it came to selling, he helped walk us through all the ins and outs - it was our first time selling and we definitely needed the help. In addition, he helped identify areas of our home that needed some extra TLC before showing and introduced us to people that could help (such as stagers, contractors, etc.) and also helped show us what could be done on our own. This was extremely helpful because we didn't want to break the bank in a major overhaul after we had already invested a lot in upgrades.

When it came to buying the new home, he was quickly able to help us find exactly what we were looking for and in the neighborhood we wanted! Because of his extensive network he knew the selling agent very well and was able to help us through the process - from scheduling a showing, to keeping us frequently updated on status of our offer and closing, and everything in between.

We would definitely recommend working with Mike. He's not only an amazing realtor but an awesome guy too.

Mike Williams came very highly recommended from a long time friend that Mike had assisted in the past. It was obvious from our first meeting regarding the sale of my recently deceased father’s house that Mike was extremely knowledgeable with the North County real estate market. He made very cost effective suggestions to prepare the house for the market and had excellent subcontractor references who were immediately available to assist. Mr. Williams staged the house beautifully and the positives of the property were emphasized in the MLS. The online pictures and video were top notch. The sale plan that Mike drew up was spot on and the listing price was well thought out resulting in full price offers within days of the listing going active. As I live out of state, Mike handled the complete sale transaction in my absence and represented my father’s trust well. It all went so smoothly and without drama. Mike kept me advised of the sale progress and what to expect as we moved through the escrow process. Mike’s escrow team was professional, timely and extremely efficient. We went from the acceptance of a full price offer+ to closing in about 25 days. I could not be happier with how the whole process was managed from start to finish as well as the sale price.
