I did business with Mikhail Faifman three times. In 2016 I purchased a house in Norwalk, and in 2020 my daughter sold her house in Norwalk and purchased another one in Easton. Mikhail is a calm, soft-sreaking well educated gentleman. He never pushes you to sign a contract untill you are fully comfortable to sell or to buy. In my case I made an offer and was ready to pay the offered price. Surprisingly to me, the final cost was $2,500 less. Mikhail convinesd the seller, that the house needed a new electrical panel. I had no idea, and wasn't expecting any discounts. It was purely his initiative. It is not a big deal, but feeling that your agent is on your side is priceless. My daughter was happy to sell her house for $550K and ended up selling for $565K. And a new house she purchased $50K below the asking price. I am sure that Michail played a significant role in both great deals.
I would definitely recomment Mikhail and his team to all potential buyers and sellers. They will not be dissapointed.

While we did not buy in CT, Mikhail was the best realtor we dealt with out of the 4 we saw places in the tri-state area with. Many realtors open the door and let you look around and maybe make a comment or two but Mikhail was amazing, an expert and a true professional realtor. When he showed us a house he pointed out pluses and minuses and new what he was talking about. As we saw places with him he really got a sense of what we wanted. I actually wish he was our realtor for the house we purchased, so we could have heard what he saw, as we are sure he would have pointed out things we are just finding out after we bought. Would recommend to anyone without hesitation.

We came across Mikhail by accident, when we saw a house on line that interested us. I was immediately impressed by his responsiveness and honesty (he advised against the house because of street noise). He got to know us, our likes and dislikes, our needs and wants, and guided us through the process of viewing a dozen homes, ultimately revisiting the one we purchased and serving as go between and negotiator with the sellers and their broker. Mikhail was kind and considerate throughout and extremely knowledgeable about the area and extended area as well as knowledgeable about home ownership, construction and maintenance. This process, under Mikhail’s tutelage, was a delight! He has given us good advice every step of the way. We did not have to buy at this time but he made the process so pleasurable that we will have good memories for many years to come. Mikhail has continued to be a friend to us, letting us know about support staff and weather-dependent responsibilities (we are novices, living in Manhattan), and we look forward to a continued relationship for years to come. Mikhail worked with our family for over a year's time to find the "just right" home for us! Months of accompanying us to open houses, private showings, and even exploring different towns. Often, he would arrange showings at a moment's notice. He answers calls and texts at all hours of the morning and evening, and is quite simply, such a pleasant person. He's also abundantly knowledgeable about all the towns and areas in which he works, as well as financing and negotiations. He got us a GREAT deal. To work with anyone else is simply a mistake.
