EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CARING and COMMITMENT are the CORNERSTONES of my business. A 34 year resident of Valparaiso, I have been with the same office for over 27 years.
I work with the mindset that successful real estate transactions today require knowledge and practice of technology coupled with an understanding of human emotions involved in dealing with a sale and purchase. For many clients the transaction may be one of their biggest financial, emotional and physical investments.
I hold GRI and ABR and e-PRO designations. I am also a V.I.P. Relocation and Mature Moves specialist. My education includes certification as an ASP Realtor This training program covered specific techniques and concepts in Home Presentation and Staging. The ASP Realtor ® certification affords me another tool that enhances the services I provide my clients. I assist sellers in the preparation of their homes more efficiently in order to get them sold. Buyers also benefit from my Staging experience. I can help them visualize the potential of the homes they view.
I have lived in several different parts of the country and the world but, am proud to call Northwest Indiana my home. I serve on many non-profit boards and am invested in working with civic, cultural, service and social organizations to make our area even a better place to live.
