Mindy got our listing at a time when the market was slowing down and suddenly a ton of condos in our area went up for sale. Mindy worked hard to make sure we were priced right, had excellent photos (SO important in today's market), had a lot of showings (she did TWO open houses), followed up with prospective buyers and found us a good offer very quickly. She also facilitated the sale which was easy as pie even though we were already out of town. Mindy is a hard worker and very dedicated. We would highly recommend her.

Mindy is a very caring person and it shows through working with clients. Being from out of state buyers, we weren’t able to see the homes in person, so Mindy has done a great job going to the homes herself, taking great videos for us and making her recommendations for each home. She is a great negotiator, always ready with professional contacts that are needed during and beyond the transaction, and very responsive! Being a real estate broker myself in Washington state, with many years of experience, I can recognize and appreciate great agents like Mindy! Highly recommend!!

I met Mindy at an Open House back in 2018. I was exploring the housing market in St Pete with the anticipation of finding my first home.

From the minute we met, I could tell Mindy was not only an exceptional agent but would be a good friend. We spent the next few weeks driving around looking at houses until I ultimately decided to wait (which turned into a move to Texas).

I distinctly remember walking into a house that "looked great" in the pictures (insert eye roll here). I don't even know if we made it to the second room before she recommended that we leave! I'll never forget that, and that's what a true agent does!

I have known Mindy for years and would not have trusted anyone else when the time came to sell my parents' home. She went above and beyond what I would expect of a realtor. She made multiple, short notice trips to the house to verify the work of contractors since I do not live in the local area. She got us a purchase price at the upper-end of our desired range and met our need to complete the sale quickly. If we ever buy or sell a property in the area again, she will be my first call.

Mindy was amazing! She was extremely helpful, patient, knowledgeable, professional, and attentive. She accompanied us to see many houses until we found the right one for us, and once we found 'the one', she jumped right in to start negotiating for us and guiding us on what the next steps were to move everything forward. She always answered when we called or texted her and was proactive in making sure we had all of our documents and information ready for whatever that next step was. She made what could have been a very stressful process easy, fun, and exciting. Mindy knew what to look for during the inspection and helped guide us on what to ask for to make sure we were getting a safe home that was in good condition and also worth our money. I would highly recommend Mindy to any of my friends or family. We recently purchased a home in Seminole and used Mindy as our realtor. She was quick to respond to our phone calls, setting up most viewings the same day. We looked at a lot of houses and what I appreciate the most from Mindy is that she didn’t let us settle for a house that wasn’t just right for our family. She dug deep for us and used her personal connections to find us our dream house. Once we decided upon the house, Mindy was a masterful negotiator. She knew our bottom line and stuck firm. My spouse and I had been wishing to relocate to sunny St. Pete for several years, but we live over four hundred miles away in Atlanta...and the thought of moving such a long distance was daunting. Gradually, we began to investigate appealing properties online. It was there where we saw Mindy Artze's name listed beside one of these properties. I called her to inquire about this property and I knew immediately that she was the realtor that we would choose! We explained our long-distance logistical issues to her and she completely understood. We provided her with a list of other appealing properties in St. Pete and she actually went to these properties in person and took video-tours of each of them for us. We felt as if we were there in-person! Then, when we had the opportunity to drive to St. Pete to view these properties in-person, we had already honed and narrowed our list. Furthermore, Mindy maintained an informative, friendly and guiding contact with us throughout the process which proved to be invaluable: We were able to buy the condo that we wanted!
