Before real estate, I spent 15 years in healthcare working with providers and insurance companies to help patients get the services and medications they needed. That career taught me how to negotiate and advocate for people when the stakes are high—skills that now help my clients make smart, confident decisions.
My style is honest, practical, and personal. I'll tell you what I see, explain what matters, and help you build a strategy that makes sense for your life—not just the transaction. I often tell my clients that if I wouldn't put my own mother in a house, I'm not putting them in it either.

When I'm not working, you'll probably find me around Huntersville or Lake Norman, cheering for the Charlotte 49ers, Carolina Panthers, or my favorite NASCAR driver, listening to Dave Matthews Band or Carolina beach music, enjoying a local IPA, or trying to convince my yellow Lab, Salem, that she is not actually in charge.
