In her first full time year in real estate, Mindy closed over 8 million in real estate sales. As one of the top realtors in her field, Mindy lives and plays in the water. She is as successful in real estate as she is in fishing. Mindy has won and been in many offshore fishing tournaments throughout Florida and the Bahamas. No one know waterfront living better than she does! Mindy was nominated in 2004 for Woman of the Year by the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and raised $65,000 in 8 weeks for a great cause. She was born into Real Estate as Barbara Heilman is her mother and partner.

The Heilman Team is a family, consisting of a mother and daughter, Barbara and Mindy Heilman, and a full-time Executive Assistant. In 2012, Barbara and Mindy were chosen by Keller Williams to head up the Luxury Homes International Division in the area. Barbara is listed in the Who’s Who of Luxury International Real Estate and is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS).
