This past February My Wife and I became aware of a home for sale in Orange Beach Alabama that we were interested in. We made some online inquires and luckily Mindy at RE/MAX realtors was the one who responded. We didn't know it when we first became acquainted, but this blossomed into a phenomenal relationship for us. We told her about a specific house that we were interested in and let her know that we have vacationed and wintered in Orange Beach for many years. After our initial conversation we realized Mindy knew the housing market thought Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, Foley and more. She was definitely the kind of person made for us. Several phone calls over two or three days we knew a road trip was on the way. A couple of days later we called Mindy and let her know when we would be able to spend five days with her in pursuit of our home in Alabama. She took the time to learn what we were looking for and laid out 12 to 15 homes for us to tour over those five days. Mindy realized we traveled from NYS to make this trip and time was important, so scheduled of 3 to 4 homes each day for us to see. Her planning was perfect since some homes took some time to view and discuss the pros and cons for our lifestyle. This is where Mindy really shined, we were able to openly talk about what we appreciated in each home and what it meant to us today and tomorrow. Mindy worked 110% in our best interest in every viewing. On our fifth day we came across the house which fit our lifestyle to a tee. After a little negotiating we were the happy owners of a new beginning. During this whole process Mindy was able to assess and evaluate all steps of the process making us feel relaxed and confident in reaching success. With all this said Mindy has a awesome assistant Kayla. This girl took care of every detail in completing our purchase. Kayla was impeccable making sure all events happened on time allowing us to close on time. Kayla has the behind the scene responsibility of making sure all the inspections, signatures, insurances and professionals complete their jobs on time, a job that requires more hats than a clown has faces. If these two girls ever chose to change Careers and join the WWF we could be looking at World Champions.

We fell in with Mindy by a stroke of luck. But she was/is the perfect fit for us. We were 1200 miles away when we first spoke with her, she chatted a bit to get a feel for what we were looking for and then went into details. We had found a few houses already and were looking for input and guidance. She hooked us up with more houses and we came into town to check them out. We found Mindy very refreshing, as she was very candid about her opinion of the homes we looked at. She knows the area very well, and even as we looked at houses that probably weren't a good fit, she explained the pros and cons of various locations. She has the lay of the land down pat. She homed in on what we told her we were looking for, even as some of our wants changed as we progressed in our search. She also humored us by taking us to a couple of places that were definitely not possibilities, just because we wanted to take a quick peek, we had a few chuckles over them. When we walked into what is now our new home, I think bells were going off for all of us. As we were oohing and ahhing about the house and all of its great attributes, I looked over to her and could see a twinkle in her eyes. She smiled and said, "just mentally checking off all the boxes for you." Yes, indeed you did!!!

Let's not forget about Miss Kayla in the office. What a gem of a lady!! She handled all the paperwork, got recommendations for inspectors and other professionals for us. Worked as our liaison with the title company and so much more. She cheerfully answered all of our questions regarding the closing, insurances, inspections and any other nuisance questions we could come up. she just made it so easy for us to get through the process.

Do we like these ladies, yes, indeed. Hoping to catch lunch with them soon.

Thank you for making buying our new home a walk in the park, or maybe better said, A walk on the beach. Welcome to Paradise!

Thanks Mindy! Can’t say enough about the job Mindy did! This is 6th property we’ve bought and first out of state.We came down from north of Atlanta four or five time,she was always on time and extremely organized in showing what we described we were looking for.We found the condo were looking for and went under contract.The unit had a few issues we couldn’t get resolved or we couldn’t see being resolved in a timely manner so we backed out at last minute, we told her we would come back in the fall and start looking again,she never hesitated or showed any disappointment towards us. A couple days later after we got back home she called and had one property she showed us earlier that had been under contract and fell through,we put offer in next day and closed yesterday. We never went back down to see the property again as she handled everything including seeing that the inspection was taken care of also doing finial walkthrough for us! I’m not an overly trusting person but never had any problems letting her handle everything.Thanks again Mindy and Kayla her assistant on great job and will be calling her whenit’s time to sell!

We have been with Mindy for approximately eight months. We have looked at many properties, but Mindy was always positive and nonjudgmental. Mindy was always encouraging when we would decide on a house and then change our minds. We sold our condo in one day. Then we began the process of buying another home. Mindy was again helpful with this new adventure. In the end, we sold our condo for the asking price and bought a new home that we knew was meant for us.
