We closed on our home in January 2021, and Miranda and Heather were an absolute dream to work with. Even though the market was incredibly hot, with houses coming on and off the market in days, they were able to get us into our dream home within only a few months of looking. Because of how quickly houses were moving, we sometimes had to reach out at weird hours, but they were always responsive and got us in to any homes we were interested in as soon as possible.

Always having our best interests in mind truly made the process a breeze. Their expertise, experience, and knowledge made everything so much easier, especially as first time homebuyers. I would NOT hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Trust me, you will not regret it!!!

Another happy customer!!! I was recommended to call Miranda from a previous customer. They couldn’t stop singing her praises and they were correct!!! She and her assistant Heather went out of their way to work around our schedule while searching for a home. They answered all our texted questions no matter what time of day or night. Being new to the area, they helped us with everything we needed, from recommending the lender, to a handy man, and then the movers. We were lucky enough to have Miranda for a realtor when we transferred to Mercersburg Pennsylvania, we knew nothing about the area, luckily she was knew the area and found us a beautiful home near the ski hill, when we wanted to by another home we called her and again she found the perfect started home for our daughter. We transferred back to the Midwest, and she sold our house in just a few days.
