About Missy

Missy has been a lifelong resident of Franklin, Tennessee. Born and raised within the greater Nashville Area, she has become an expert in almost all that Middle Tennessee has to offer. In fact, it was here in Nashville where she attended David Lipscomb University to study accounting. In continuing to further her education, Missy transferred and graduated from Belmont University with a degree in Finance. Shortly after graduation, she began utilizing her degree in the medical software industry. It wasn’t until 2002 that she decided to transition into real estate, giving her the opportunity to apply both her education and knowledge of the area. Missy has strived to keep on the forefront of real estate education, earning the Certified Residential Specialist designation, the highest credential awarded to real estate agents.
Missy now serves most of the Middle Tennessee area as a real estate professional for RE/MAX Homes and Estates, Lipman Group. Her passion for providing excellent customer service is what motivates her to help clients either sell or find their perfect home. In this competitive Nashville market, Missy is sure to stand out with her extensive 17 years of real estate experience and a determination to provide immediate assistance to all that she serves. In addition, Missy especially shines while working with her relocation clients that are moving from other states. Still rooted in Franklin, Missy enjoys spending quality time with her husband Tim and their three adult children. Spare moments are filled with leisurely tennis matches and bike rides downtown. Missy also is eager to host gatherings at her home, as her family & close friends are what is most important to her. Despite Missy’s ambitious schedule, she always remembers the importance of giving back by volunteering in her community. She also participates in The Giving Circle, a gospel-based ministry that gives women the opportunity to experience the joy of generous giving
