About Misty

Misty is a NC native , and grew up in a small town called Nebo, in the Lake James area. As a child she would visit Asheville regularly. Misty has always loved the Asheville area. Her family decided to move to Asheville in 2014. It has always been her desire to pursue real estate. She has been working as a real estate agent since 2020. Prior to becoming a real estate agent she worked for 20 years as a nurse, and graduated from East Carolina University with her masters degree in nursing education. She enjoys meeting people , getting to know her clients, and helping them find what they are looking for in their next home, or helping them with selling their home.

Misty finds it rewarding to help people find their dream home, investment home or first time home. Misty is an active listener , passionate about her work , responsive , kind and understanding. When Misty is not working you will find her spending time with her family and friends she calls family. Misty enjoys the outdoors, gardening, hiking the Blue Ridge Parkway, and reading. In the summer she loves spending time on lake James where she grew up boating and swimming. She is also a huge Disney fan, and loves all things Disney!
