After earning his MBA from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Mitch went to work as an Engineer at AT&T in North Carolina. In 1991, Mitch moved back to his hometown of Conway, AR and became president of HartLand Development Company - Dunaway & Hart, Inc and began practicing Commercial Real Estate and residential and commercial Real Estate Development.
