With over 35 years of experience and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Finance from Virginia Tech, Mitchell brings a wealth of transactional and advisory knowledge to his clients at Town & Country Real Estate's East Hampton Office, where he serves as an Associate Real Estate Broker.

Throughout his career, Mitchell has played a key role in the founding of several domestic and international companies, where he honed his skills in business development, sales, marketing, and go-to-market strategies. Now, as a seasoned professional in the commercial real estate services marketplace, Mitchell leverages his expertise to offer clients a comprehensive range of services, including real property brokerage services, business acquisition and disposition services, site selection and analysis, sale/leaseback services, 1031 exchanges, opinion of value, owner and tenant representation, lease administration, build-to-suit, real estate owned (REO) work-outs, debt and equity financing, and non- and under-performing commercial note portfolio restructuring and sales.

It was in the mid-1980s that Mitchell first came to the Hamptons and fell in love with East Hampton. After making his first home purchase in the area nearly 25 years ago, his passion for the local community only grew stronger, leading him to make East Hampton his permanent residence.
