Mitchell Hannah

Mitchell B. Hannah (Mitch Hannah) is a native Californian and was born and raised in the San Gabriel Valley. He moved to Orange County after graduating from high school. Mitch put himself through college and law school working construction with his family business and obtaining firsthand knowledge of real estate development, project coordination and various construction trades. He graduated from Cal State Fullerton in Business Administration with an emphasis in real estate finance, and thereafter obtained his Jurist Doctorate law degree from Western State College of Law. Mitch is also a licensed real estate broker. Mitch has been practicing law since 1988 and during that time has represented a wide variety of clients such as business owners, real estate developments, agents and brokers, contractors on private and public works, homeowners with contractor issues, consumers, car dealerships, insurance companies and individuals with civil and criminal legal issues. Mitch and his wife Hallie, also his law partner, reside in Mission Viejo and have three (3) children. He gives back by volunteering in his community through coaching, sitting on various community boards and providing free legal services on a pro bono basis to those in need. Mitch is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
