I have continued my education and training and achieved the prestigious designation held by less than 5% of all Realtors nationally of Certified Residential Specialist ( CRS ) from the Council of Residential Specialists of the National Association of Realtors. I have received special training in new home sales with my Real Estate certification and designation as a Certified New Homes Sales Professional ( CSP ) from the National Association of Home Builders. I have also received special training and the designation of Accredited Buyer's Agent ( ABR ® ) by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council ( REBAC ) of the National Association of Realtors. I received special certification and the designation of ( GRI ) from the Graduate Realtor Institute of the National Association of Realtors. I have received the special designation Certified Staging Advocate ( CSA ) from the Real Estate Staging Association. I am currently the Secretary/Treasurer of my local Board of Realtors (GACAR) and was named my association's Realtor of the Year for 2011 and Business Partner of the Year in 2019.
