Mitzi was very helpful in the purchase of our home and then the sale of the home a short time later when we had to move across the country. The sale of the home was very short notice and Mitzi was the best. Even though she was busy with other clients she took the time to help us coordinate the open house while we were already gone. She assisted in checking in on the house until it was signed over. Mitzi also assisted in identifying a cleaning service and a lawn service for us to use to take some items off our plate.

She was great and I strongly recommend her as your agent.

Mitzi and her team helped my wife and I find our beautiful home! In the middle of the housing craze, she was able to walk through homes with us until we found the one we wanted, guided us through the offer process, and was there for every question! I worked with Mitzi and Wes to sell my dad's home. From the initial meeting, it was clear that the depth of knowledge and insight they brought were going to be extremely helpful. They pointed out what needed to be repaired or replaced, helped me find the right contractors to do some small jobs and staged the home beautifully.

The response to the listing was instantaneous. Within 10 minutes of going live we got our first showing request. The pictures her photographer took really did a great job communicating the strengths of the home, and its beauty.

In our case, we listed aggressively and accepted an over-listing offer in two days! Kudos to Mitzi and Wes for helping us make that happen.

Mitzi Felts is an amazing real estate agent. My wife and I first met her in 2017 at a first-time homebuyer’s class. Our real estate agent at the time was slow at getting in offers, so we called Mitzi, and she took us on. After we found a house, we hit a huge roadblock where our lender backed out three days before close. When Mitzi recommended a new lender. Between her fierce negation skills and the new lender, we were able to save the deal and move to our first home.

In 2020 my wife and I found a bigger house we wanted on a Thursday night, and I had sent Mitzi a text and she had called back within the hour to learn more. When one house came back with a bad inspection, Mitzi helped keep our heads up and continue searching for our dream home. If she was out of town and wanted to see a house, Mitzi got one of her real estate partners to show us the home. We finally found a home while Mitzi was away and told Mitzi, and she was able to create and submit our offer that day! Mitzi is one of the most professional, resourceful, reliable real estate agents out there. From your first home to your dream home, I would recommend her. When and if I ever look for a house again, Mitzi will be the first person I call.

Mitzi is a dream maker, With her magic bag full of resources and her keen eye for detail we wouldn't choose anyone else for our purchase. From the start of the conversation to the final moment of signing Mitzi was right there with us. We felt comfortable and at-ease with all the decisions that were being made during this experience, Mitzi and her team were there both day and night for our needs, questions answered or changes that popped up. At the end of the day no matter what was thrown our way we never felt that we were not a priority or alone with this adventure.. When its time for another purchase, there is only ONE call we will make, it will be to Mitzi.

Mitzi and Wes Felts are absolutely AWESOME real estate professionals! The recent sale of my home was handled just as I expected since Mitzi was my realtor during the search and purchase of the house over 3 years ago...that's why we listed with her when it was time to sell. Mitzi came in and told us exactly what we needed to do to the house to make it the most marketable and then she dipped into her "staging warehouse" and stage the house beautifully. Several people have told me that the photographs she took for the listing look like a magazine layout.

I've recommended Mitzi and Wes before to co-workers and they did the same incredible job that they've done on my purchase and sale. Had we not relocated to Alabama, we certainly would use Team Felts again!

If you ever get the chance to work with Mitzi on buying a house or selling one you will not be disappointed. My wife and I were looking for a house and Mitzi went above and beyond throughout the whole process, not only did she constantly have different houses for us to see, (mainly to compare what was available in our price range) but was always willing to meet ya to go look at one. Mitzi answers all the questions we had, and as first time buyers we had a ton. She helped keep us calm during the whole process even at times when it felt overwhelming, because as it was our first home it was a big step. So if you are looking for a great real estate agent, and good person all around, then I would definitely say you should call Mitzi!
