Hello everybody on the planet. Mitzi Santanyana is the best buyer agent I've ever met or worked with in my life. Mitzi wants to find what home good for you with your preferences and not her expected outcome. So I feel privileged to work with her because she pointed out issues with some properties we were looking at that wouldn't be good, like HOA fees being over $1,000 in some properties, or the property not having a garage, which I wanted, and I found the perfect place 1.6 mi from my work and I Am So Satisfied. Then even after closing, when I had an issue with the house - concerning the previous inspection (which passed) prior to closing, Mitzi took care of the problem by coming to my house after I moved in & talked to the handyman to help fix the problem that continued, that he did not fix. So what I'm saying is Mitzi cares about the completion of the job until the customer is satisfied! Go MITZI.

Mitzi is my hero and a Wonder Woman! There aren’t enough words to describe how dedicated Mitzi is to her customers! You start a customer and end a lifetime friend! Mitzi held my hand and assured me that everything will be okay as I/we encountered several unbelievable experiences (getting the renter out, prepping the house for sale, arson-yes, the house was burned to the ground on purpose, and reconstruction) from the moment I decided to sell until closing nearly 1.5 years later. Mitzi stuck with me. I always felt like I was her only client although I wasn’t. BIGGEST BLESSING OF MY LIFE!
Even through the reconstruction of the house, Mitzi kept the contractor on schedule and gave me regular updates on progress. The house was on the market less than 5 days… during the holidays, when an offer was made and accepted. That was ALL Mitzi!
Believe it or not, we have never met in person! A friend of my daughter heard about all my problems and that I was considering selling and made a virtual introduction. Mitzi is an angel on earth. You’d be foolish and taking an unnecessary risks if you don’t use Mitzi for all of your real estate needs.

Mitzi is such an amazing professional! She was tentative and knowledgeable every step of the way, and made the process so simple for us. I was convinced I wouldn’t be able to get a nice place on my single income, but Mitzi was able to help us navigate the VA loan process and find a great house in my budget, as well as being able to pinpoint issues that may cost us money down the road. If you are looking for your dream home in Oahu Hawaii (or anywhere) do yourself a favor and contact Mitchelle “Mitzi” Santayana because she is hands-down THE best realtor we have ever worked with! Initially we were hesitant on buying a house in the high-cost Hawaii market, but from day one to closing day six weeks later, it was by-far the easiest home buying experience ever…and it was largely due to Mitzi and her client-centric approach to home realty. She is professional, dependable, knowledgeable, transparent, trustworthy, and genuinely friendly and her client’s needs and satisfaction are her top priority. This was evident when we actually backed out of negotiations on a house because the sellers were unwilling to compromise. Mitzi felt terrible and apologized for how the deal transpired. Yes, it is part of the home buying game but Mitzi genuinely felt as if she let us down. It is that authenticity that makes Mitzi so special. Another example, during the home inspection on the (the one we bought), unbeknownst to us Mitzi noted all our comments on things such as overgrown landscaping, ant activity, needed paint touch-ups, etc. During negotiations, the sellers offered a credit to offset the items but upon final inspection, all of the misc. items were fixed (and we still received the credit). This shows Mitzi truly values her clients and their interests! She often walked through homes first and would then recommend if it’s worth our time or not. Mitzi is an absolute pleasure to work with and makes everything so effortless from home searching to closing. We highly recommend her to anyone in the market for a new home in Oahu or any market she is a realtor in. Mahalo Mitzi!
