About Mo

Mo has been learning sales and management strategies for as long as he can remember—from shadowing corporate sales teams as a teenager to managing large sales and operations departments at Verizon, Sherwin Williams and OhioHealth.

Every opportunity in his diverse professional background developed the skill set and the mindset that guides his approach to real estate. After cutting his teeth at a realty brokerage in Denver, Colorado, Mo moved back home to the Dayton area and joined the Home Experts Realty team with his now business partner, Evan Kloth.

Evan and Mo realized that while nearly every brokerage has agents that treat their clients well, they wanted to create a brokerage that truly empowers its agents with the resources they need and compensation they deserve. They opened Glasshouse Realty Group in 2019 and are continuing to build a team of agents who genuinely love working here and giving their clients the best experience possible.

One of the many reasons why Mo loves real estate is that you can never become complacent. It’s a dynamic industry where the only constant is change—and the ability to build new relationships every day.

He is thrilled to be lending his hometown knowledge to clients navigating the Dayton real estate market. Mo attended Kettering City Schools from elementary through high school and earned his degree from Wright State University. He is also a loyal Dayton Flyers fan and the proud owner of Glasshouse’s unofficial mascot, Titus—the love-ably large Italian Mastiff.
