Mo is one amazing person. A phenomenal person with a phenomenal team. He made our first home-buying process a breeze. His professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity, and hard work ethics are very much appreciated and respected. Mo is detail oriented, honest, and good with people knowledgeable, accessible, and communicates clearly. He is an excellent negotiator with a very personalized touch. During negotiations, he always had our best interests in mind. Where it takes days to hear back from realtors, He has responded within minutes. Honest and forthright- no games.

From the first time I spoke to Mo about my desire for the type of home I was looking to buy, he promised to "get me the home of my dreams", and boy, did he deliver!
Since this was my first home buying experience, I was a bit anxious, but Mo guided me and helped me throughout the entire process, until I got the home of my dreams.
Mo went above and beyond his duties - there was an instance I could not deliver a document myself because of work responsibilities ; this document was pertinent to the home purchase, and was solely my responsibility to submit, but MO drove all the way to meet me, grabbed the document from me, and submitted on my behalf.
He was my eyes and ears , and warded me off properties with issues - as a first time home buyer, I am eternally grateful for that, as I did not even know what to look for. In retrospect, Mo made the home buying process less cumbersome.

From the first moment I met Mo until the closing table, Mo was always on top at tackling the issues we have. Prompt response and very knowledgeable at every aspects of purchasing a new home. We met through a website and it was my first time working with a realtor, but he made every step very easy. At times like this it is very difficult finding a home, but he went out of his way to make sure our family find a perfect home we need were looking for. We started working with Mo (Moataz) after Guru (the realtor we were working with) faced a family situation and had to go to India overnight. Frankly we thought that we will have a new comer working with us who’s not as passionate as Guru and is just covering for a team mate. But to our surprise, we were totally wrong!

Moataz was the most committed person in our 4-5 month long home buying process.. there definitely were ups and downs and many a times we felt that he was more sure than us that he’ll help us find the house we like. And THAT was really a very strong positive feeling which kept us going. Moataz is backed by strong expertise and knowledge and has an exceptional statistical skill, which helped us a lot in finding the real value of the property before making any offers.

Another great thing about Mo is that he always valued our money and time like his own. He was there for the showings on time every time and helped us gauge the right cost of repairs and even gave contacts of reliable contractors post the deal. He’s DEFINITELY recommended to anyone seeking a reliable partner on the hunt for their home!!
