We began our homeownership journey late fall 2019. Modou helped put us in contact with people that could help get our finances in order so we could qualify for a home. Then the pandemic hit… January February 2020 we stopped all thoughts of buying a home. My husband and I just didn’t think it was viable. March 2020 we get a call from Modou… he said to my husband, “brother, now is the time with rates low… all you have to do is pay this little bill off, do this, do that... and we can get you qualified.” Although I was starting new job in April of 2020, Modou assured us it would all work out. We followed his suggestions, did what we needed to do and in turn he was able to show us so many beautiful houses and ultimately our home. This coming June we will have been here 1 year. It wasn’t by accident but by design that our paths crossed with Modou. We are forever grateful and humbled that he took the extra steps needed to help our family regain our financial freedom which enabled us to give our kids a forever home. Thank you my brother, Modou.♥️
