Mohammed Baghdadi

Mohammed brings over 20 years of real estate management and brokerage experience to Westridge Commercial, Inc., a company he started over five years ago. He started his career early, planning his role in the industry at Cal State Fullerton, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance with an emphasis in real estate. He then went on to earn his California broker’s license before achieving the distinction of being a Certified Property Manager.

Mohammed worked his way up through a mid-sized management firm for 18 years before establishing his own firm, Westridge Commercial, located in Laguna Hills, California. He had learned that most large firms are concerned with the amount of square feet and number of properties under management, and therefore focused his company’s efforts on each client’s needs. This philosophy has earned Westridge Commercial, Inc. a reputation for providing a “Nordstrom level” of quality and service, which has led to many successful, long-standing relationships with a varied group of individuals, property owners and business owners.

By standing true to his strong work ethic and by specializing in property management, brokerage and tenant representation, Mohammed has established Westridge Commercial, Inc. as one of the premier firms in Southern California.
