About Molly

Molly Assad has 37 years of experience with a license but truly much longer. Her father was a developer with an iconic real estate practice in the American Virgin Islands. She started as a young girl answering the phone. Long before cellphones and answering machines. She answered the call of his biggest clients and the fever was born. After getting fired from her first corporate job the guidance counselor said she wouldn’t be happy until she went into business for herself. Defeated and hurt she registered for real estate college in New Orleans and started her real estate career.

I have sold over 500 properties in the last 10 years. I was an active member of toastmasters and represented Puerto Rico as an internationally recognized public speaker. Currently, Molly is member of the San Juan Board of Realtors in Puerto Rico.
