Molly Devinger

Molly has more than ten years of real estate experience backed by an additional ten years in architectural, engineering and construction marketing. Molly works alongside Finola Fellner in the Compass Lafayette office where they combine their skill sets to service their clients both individually and through collaboration buying and selling homes throughout the East Bay. As a former Marketing Manager for an engineering and construction firm she successfully worked in a team environment pursuing large, multi-million dollar public works projects.
As the point person on these pursuits, Molly gained invaluable communication and marketing skills that translate to working with her clients navigating them through sometimes complex transactions with as little stress as possible. Her engineering and construction marketing background is invaluable when it comes to preparing a house for market paying attention to every detail that helps garner top dollar for homes. Molly has always had a passion for real estate which is why she took her marketing skills into residential sales prior to aligning with Finola. As a fourth generation Bay Area native, she knows the East Bay inside and out.
Molly grew up in the Glorietta neighborhood of Orinda and graduated from Miramonte High School. She attended Northern Arizona University where she graduated with a Visual Communications degree. After college and a stint in Southern California, she returned to the East Bay where she lived in Oakland, Pleasant Hill and Walnut Creek prior to buying her home in Moraga with her husband and two children. She continues to be active in the community with her children’s schools, swim teams and involved in the East Bay chapter of the Cancer Support Community.
