Molly Mullane

A glimpse of Molly’s drive can be seen in the fact that she qualified for the half Ironman world championships after her first attempt and previously was a competitive CrossFit athlete spending hours in the gym. It isn’t surprising as her work ethic and “get ‘er done” attitude have been honed since she was a kid growing up in Nebraska and Wyoming. She made the move to Ashland in 2005 to attend Southern Oregon University where she earned a degree in Communications. She became a familiar face in town having worked as a barista at Starbucks while supporting herself during school. Molly set off on her career path including a variety of roles, always looking to grow, learn, and push herself. Her last position was working in corporate IT where she was a go-to project manager. Molly blends her warm personality with her incredible planning/organization skills to be an amazing asset to her clients and as a real estate partner with her husband, Colin Mullane. With her work ethic, we’re not surprised to see the success she has achieved.
