With experience in site selection, rezoning, property lease up, acquisitions and dispositions, Molly’s background in accounting provides an analytical approach to meet client needs. Molly leads the business services division of a national industrial and infrastructure development company, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to her commercial real estate clients.
Molly started her career at CBRE, Inc. where she worked on a top producing industrial group before further progressing to a Business Development Analyst role where she worked with executive leadership to expand market share in the Southeast. In this role, she was responsible for providing analysis, research, and support for the firm’s business development efforts including pursuit initiatives, competitive analysis, and promoting cross-selling opportunities.
Molly graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology in 2011 with a Business Administration degree and an Accounting Concentration. She is very active in her community and is the 2024 and 2025 President of Carroll County Sertoma Club, a board member of West Georgia YoungLife, an active volunteer and member of Tabernacle Baptist Church. a 2023 graduate of Leadership Carroll, and a 2024 graduate of West Metro Board of Realtors Leadership Academy. Additionally, she served several years in various positions on the boards of the West Metro Board of Realtors and Carrollton Elementary PTVA. Molly is also a proud wife and mother to two young boys.
