Prior to her career in real estate Molly worked as a Special Operations Director for a national eyecare surgery center where she facilitated acquisitions, mergers and oversaw clinic operations. She was also a clinic director at OHSU Casey Eye Institute before she entered the wine industry where she successfully developed marketing and distribution for an innovative single serve wine concept originally developed in France to the United States.

Molly is a runner, hiker, skier, outdoor enthusiast, and world traveler. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Ken Whiteman, her two children and her two stepsons, making them a modern-day Brady Bunch! When Molly is not managing her busy real estate agency and business, she enjoys taking advantage of being in the outdoors, with her close friends and family. A personal pastime she enjoys is pondering over social theories and philosophy where she can exercise her knowledge and interest in Sociology and Humanities.
