In 2019 we asked Mona Kelly to find us a house that would meet our needs in retirement. We followed the normal steps of receiving listings on our email until the day that Mona called and said, ". . .have you seen the last listing I sent out?" It had only been posted that morning, Mona was monitoring the listings that we were getting to insure that we were seeing the ones that fit our criteria precisely. Needless to say , we arranged to view the house the next day and had our offer accepted 2 days later beating out 5 other offers due to Mona's skillful construction of the offer. Next came the process of selling our house. After following her advice on house presentation, including spectacular staging, we were able to sell our house in under 3 weeks while 2 newly constructed houses within 2 blocks remained on the market for the next 6 months and are still there as of this writing even though they are priced less than 15% higher than ours sold at. I have no reservation about recommending Mona Kelly for buying or selling a home! My wife and appreciated the professional relationship and the personal attention given to our requests and desires throughout the entire process.

We have had the pleasure of working with Mona for two home purchases and one sale.
The experience of working with a 5 star agent is a wonderful experience. Mona truly LOVES her job and it shows thru her professionalism and drive to find the perfect home and provide the perfect selling experience. Buying and selling is an emotional roller coaster and Mona takes the time to walk you thru the process from start to finish. Not only is she a true professional but also makes it an enjoyable experience! We HIGHLY recommend Mona.

If Google would give me the option of rating Mona 6 stars I'd be upset that they didnt offer 7. She was fantastic!!! My wife and I contacted Mona when buying our first house and we were extremely nervous about the process. Mona walked us through every aspect, from the moment we sat down with her she listened to our needs and assured us that she would go to bat for us. If we had a question (no matter how small) she would answer it right away. We found a house we were interested in and contacted Mona to view it. She was on vacation but still set everything up and came directly from the airport to meet us. When we found a house we wanted to put an offer, Mona was in the middle of a different open house, super busy and still managed to get out offer in (we got the house btw). She was there from the very start, to the offer, thru the inspection, negotiated like an experienced stock broker on wall street and was even there when we signed papers.
I've heard bad stories about realtors, but I was always confident in Mona and felt like she truly cared about my wife and I as people and never just a client. I would recommend Mona to anyone in a heartbeat.

My husband and I met Mona at a open house she was holding, it was at the end of her day at the open house. We talked to her about what we were looking for, she told us about 2 other homes that might work .She called right then, made the appointments and said, lets go see. This is right after her long day. We can't say enough on how hard she worked for us, as we were picky clients. Such a sweet, hard working and very professional agent.

Mona helped my wife and I with our first house purchase in the super hot 2014 market and it was not easy for us or her! I could never say enough here that would cover how amazing she was, anyone else would have shot us (me) with a bazooka after the 30th house but she never complained once. She wrote offer after offer even 5 minutes after walking in the door from vacation! She's the best and I mean that sincerely. If I ever need to sell or buy she is the only one I would ever want to work with!

My wife and I needed to sell our home quickly due to a job change that was taking our family out of state. Everything happened quickly and right over the Thanksgiving/Christmas holiday season. This was our first time home and thus our first time selling. Mona treated us with such attention and care you would think we were selling a $1-Million dollar home.
