Hello, I'm Monica Bishop, a Florida native with roots in Miami. My passion for real estate began in 2013, and I've been dedicated to the field ever since. After spending several years in Central Florida, I obtained an Associate of Arts degree from Polk Community College and a Bachelor's in Business from Florida Southern College. I am a licensed Florida Real Estate Agent and Mortgage Loan Originator. I have a decade of experience selling new construction homes for builders. I'm here to help you through the building process, advise on buying or selling a resale home, and assist with mortgage services.

To date, over $7 million has been donated to various charities.
Since 2017, my family and I have called Sarasota County home. This area offers a plethora of year-round activities that we enjoy taking advantage of, including museums, festivals, beaches, activities & sports. We really have it all here. My children attend school here, and my mother lives here too. I have a deep understanding of the needs of families and retirees in the area.
