Monica is an expert at finding what the costumer needs and wants. In one year she helped me and my mom find houses in our budgets.

Due to Monica's diligence and eye for detail we both got luxurious homes in prime Chicago neighborhoods for under a fourth of our incomes. She found my mom a condo in a gated community in Sauganash. She also found me a palatial single family home in Mt. Greenwood for less than $200 K.
