It’s rare that as a Realtor I feel inspired to leave a review for someone I work with, but I’ve never been so impressed by the mountains that an agent moved to get a transaction to close. Monica wrote a compelling offer for her client, showed extremely technical knowledge about working with VA Loans, and overcame some large obstacles to protect her clients funds and meet the closing timeline. I cannot say what a delight she was to work with as another agent. Highly recommend!

Our home spent zero days on the market with Monica as our realtor. Our home went under contract, for asking price, the week before the scheduled open house. Monica made the home sale process easy because she knows the NOVA market, how to stage a home, and advertise. We chose Monica because she recently sold our neighbor's home within a short period of time as well. When we first met Monica, she came prepared with comps, study of our area, and a clear strategy to bring our home to market and sell. My wife and I our thankful for Monica's hard work!
